Full Council Meetings

These are usually held on the second Wednesday of every month at Westfield Church Hall.   A list of meetings for 2020/21 can be found here. Please note under current government guidelines all Parish Council meetings are being held remotely via Zoom.  The public can still join the meeting but we do require 24 hours notice.  Planning has currently been delegated to the Clerk in support of the Chairman.  Any Councillor can raise concerns about any planning application and ask any item to be brought to full council.

The full council meetings are starting from 7.30pm. All agendas must be posted on the noticeboards (if it is safe to do so) and the website three clear days (not including the date of issue and meeting, Sundays, Christmas, Easter and bank holidays). Agendas and meeting reports can be found here. Minutes of the meetings can be found here. The public are encouraged to attend any meeting but the Clerk does require 24 hours notice to facilitate this for the virtually held Zoom Meetings.  There will be a section at the beginning of the meeting is set aside for questions from the public.

The Annual Parish Assembly - Unfortunately the 2020 Parish Assembly had to be cancelled due to the Cornoavirus (Covid-19) outbreak.
