We are a registered charity and our aim is to support people to remain living independently  in their own homes and to stay active in their community. The service is run by a team of trusted assessors and qualified health trainers. The service has been commissioned by East Sussex County Council and it is provided by In Touch.

We can offer the following:

• Advise on suitable daily living equipment
• Install grab rails and ramps
• Ensure you receive the right benefits
• Refer to the pension service were appropriate
• Advise on home security
• Ensure that you have working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
• Refer to "Lifeline"
• Advise on community transport
