National Express coaches operate a daily service to and from London (Victoria Coach Station) picking up on the A21 at Sedlescombe Road North outside Sainsbury's supermarket.

The nearest mainline railway stations are at Hastings and Battle although there are two other smaller stations at Three Oaks and Doleham but they have limited services.

Westfield lies on the No 329 Stagecoach bus route from Hastings to Tenterden and there is a new timetable effective from 1 September 2024.
