Sadly there have been reports of vandalism and anti-social behaviour lately.  New equipment at the Cricket Club ground and Football Club buildings on the Parish Field have been targeted, Litter has been everywhere but the litter bin on the recreation ground, and worryingly there is evidence of substance abuse left there. Please make sure you know what your children are up to.  These incidents are all in areas where the community has funded projects for youngsters - don't let a few spoil things for the vast majority.

Please report any incidents to the Police. Click here for details.

Due to the hot weather it has not been practical to paint the top coat of red on it but this will be done as soon as it cools down.

Dear Resident,

As you may be aware the Parish Council now owns the phone box on Churchfield and following a survey of parishioners it will shortly become the village museum. To this end, we are carrying out some works to improve the phone box. This will start on Wednesday 4th July (weather permitting) when it will be sandblasted and primed ready to be repainted. The work will start at approximately 09:00 and be finished around 16:00.

If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards

Tim Hills
